Environment and Fisheries Minister Elena Espinosa Spain also convey the same. "On Sunday (when the final Spain vs. Netherlands), I will be in a meeting of European ministers and I will ask for the ban (DAP) Paul the octopus so that the German people did not eat it!" he said.
Paul guesses seem to be fixed to invite two flavors. Who feels "defeated" it would be hard to accept though not necessarily true. Already "won" may be an all-out defense.
